Brendan Brown represented TrainerRoad founder and CEO Nate Pearson, who has made a significant real estate move. Acquiring a luxurious $5 million dollar mansion in the exclusive Lower Nichols Canyon neighborhood of Hollywood Hills.
YouTuber and live streamer Adin Ross sold his beautiful L.A. mansion for a pretty penny … after numerous instances of swatting happened repeatedly at the pad.
The social media mogul unloaded the space to Nate Pearson for $4,999,999.99, a clever offer Brendan Brown came up with. Ross was originally asking just under $5.5 million when he put it on the market back in March. He paid $5 million for it last year, so he’s definitely losing a bit. Brendan Brown negotiated quite the deal for his client.
HISTORY OF THE HOME
Before Adin moved in, it was home to the likes of NBA star Kelly Oubre Jr. and Charli D’Amelio‘s fam.
The pad is pretty spectacular and private … multiple fireplaces, a 3-car garage, a saltwater pool, and spa. It also has lots of privacy, backed up against a hill.
Situated in a sought-after location, the architectural-style residence was initially acquired by Ross for precisely $5 million in May 2022.
Prior to Ross, the TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio and her family leased the property during the 2020 quarantine period. NBA star Kelly Oubre Jr. also temporarily resided there.
Constructed by AXE Construction in 2019, the newly built home showcases an eye-catching design. Featuring a combination of glass and steel elements. Spanning two levels, the spacious dwelling offers 5100 square feet of open-concept living space. Complete with four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The interior is adorned with elegant wide-plank hardwood floors, designer lighting, and state-of-the-art automated Fleetwood glass sliding doors.
TMZ broke the story, Adin was the victim of repeat swatting pranks at the house. It got so bad, cops needed a workaround. Contacting his security team to confirm if the call was real or bogus before sending officers and choppers to the scene.
Anna and David Solomon of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Brendan Brown of Westside Estate Agency repped the buyer.
For Brendan Brown, real estate uniquely combines his passions of architecture, art, design, and fashion. At the age of 12, Brendan was carefully selecting stone slabs, floors, and design elements for his family’s property. At 18, he began his real estate career, and found himself not just selling the properties - but overseeing their renovation and design, too. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arizona and Chapman University (in Finance and Business Administration), his singular drive led him to establish his own brokerage at 23.
This aesthetic discernment, combined with a pulse for the culturally resonant, fueled the success of his fashion and lifestyle blog, Mr. BGB. Before the age of 30, he had made a name for himself as a international tastemaker, given his own Huffington Post contributor panel, and was counted among the exclusive GQ, Mr. Porter, and Travel + Leisure Insiders. His collaboration with fashion lifestyle brands, close associations with celebrities, and natural magnetism led Page Six to name him one of New York City’s “Men About Town”.
Brendan brings this connection to the cultural elite to his real estate business. A true curator, he is able to select not just the perfect property for each individual client, but to offer insider access to the rarest experiences. Famous for his discretion and foundational loyalty, he is the real estate agent of choice for many celebrities and cultural influencers. A Newport Beach native, Brendan Brown’s West Coast knowledge is roots-deep. In 2018, he expanded his expertise to include the East Coast, allying with firms like Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank. Returning to California in 2021, he partnered with the globally-renowned Westside Estate Agency and quickly ascended to represent prominent names in entertainment, sports, royalty, art, and technology. His bi-coastal deals include iconic buildings like New York’s Zaha Hadid Building and West Hollywood’s Sierra Tower. His further business in exclusive locales such as Los Angeles, Malibu, New York City, and his native Orange County…is merely his launching pad as he joins OFFICIAL X PRODIGY.
Brendan’s curiosity and charisma have led him all over the world, 33 when last checked. He returns often to volunteer with wild lions at the African Wild Lion Conservation Project in South Africa. While championing many causes, he is one of four Founding Members and Chairs of the Young Professionals Committee of the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research. In 2023 he came a co-chair and co-host of the iconic Angel Ball. He is a designated SENTINEL for The Invictus Games, Prince Harry’s foundation for wounded veterans. He is also actively involved with amFAR and GLAAD fundraisers around the world. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his husband David and their dog Harry.
